I trained as a PhD and postdoctoral biostatistician at MD Anderson Cancer Center (2016–2021) and have nearly five years of industry experience at Lilly. Passionate about coaching, I have supported over 30 students through résumé reviews and mock interviews, supervised three summer interns, and coached three junior statisticians. With hands-on statistical experience and three years of hiring involvement, I’m excited to continue expanding my coaching work.
