About
Hi, I’m Paul Chen — an R&D scientist who develops therapeutic antibodies and helps early-career scientists find their path in biotech and pharma.
After earning my PhD in Biomedical Science from MD Anderson Cancer Center in 2021, my career—spanning biomarker discovery, assay development, and currently BioPharma CDMO—has given me invaluable insight into what companies really need. I’ve also experienced the uncertainty of a layoff early in my career, which shaped how I mentor others navigating similar challenges.
Today, I enjoy mentoring and helping young professionals build confidence, tell their stories effectively, and land the opportunities they deserve.
If you’re figuring out your next step in biotech or pharma, I’d love to help you get there — Book a session with me today!
